I have been interested in fitness since my early teens and qualified as a fitness instructor in my twenties. Later working as a Primary School teacher, I was responsible for the delivery of the P.E. curriculum within the school (fantastic as I got to wear running shoes for work)!
More recently I have rediscovered my joy of running and now couldn’t imagine a world without it. I run with Waveney Valley AC and have just completed my Leader in Running Fitness.
Goals before my next milestone birthday include an ultra, a triathlon and learning as much about running shoe technology as I can.
Working at Sportlink things have gone full circle and I can now wear my running shoes to work again!
