Goods purchased from Sportlink Running and Fitness Specialists can be returned for an exchange or store credit provided they are returned in their original packaging, unworn and in a sellable condition, within 14 days of purchase. We will need to see the itemised receipt which is required as proof of purchase. Return postage is at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.
Please note that if you are returning running shoes, you will still be charged £10 for the Gait Analysis service where applicable. The customer always makes the final choice when it comes down to the size and style of shoe being purchased.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods where they may have to be returned to the manufacturer for further inspection. Again, please ensure they are in a clean condition when being returned. This process can take up to 14 days to complete. Sportlink will not accept any responsibility for faults caused by misuse of a product (i.e. mistreated or used for purposes other than they were designed for).
